A&P Mechanics are playing an essential role in our business. You will troubleshoot repair inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft often working directly with clients to help them find solutions.
- Troubleshoot repair install inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Adhere to the General Work Requirements for factory shop and or hangar positions
- Comply with Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in 5S activities.
- Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations
- Assist with maintenance at offsite locations as needed
- Assist other maintenance disciplines as needed
- Assist with fuel and/or defuel of aircraft as needed
- Assist with engine removal / installation as needed
- Assist with aircraft component repair as needed
Qualifications :
- You have an A & P license
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience either on: aircraft fixed wing or rotary or Military aircraft
- You have business aircraft experience (Preferred)
- You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- You have the ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
- You own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- You must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
- You have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
- You have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
- You have basic PC skills
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)
