Job Description:
The successful candidate must have A Class Surface Design experience with Exterior and Interior commodities. Must be familiar with the automotive modelling development process including gateway requirements and deliverables.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Ability to produce threedimensional digital models based on design inputs provided by the design department including sketches renderings and CAD data.
- Capability in adhering to engineering feasibility considerations and design criteria.
- Proficiency in creating high quality Class A surfaces for both exterior and interior components.
- Strong understanding of engineering feasibility requirements and the ability to translate design intent into production ready surfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in industry standard Class A surface modelling software (e.g. ICEM Surf Alias) and visualization tools (e.g. VRED)
- Demonstrated artistic skills and an eye for detail.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering automotive Class A surfaces for automotive exterior and interior components.
