As a Process Architect you will define the welding process architecture across Underbody Upperbody or Master Plant Factory projects. Youll work globally with Stellantis welding shops and partner plants to optimize bodyshop processes ensuring alignment with industry standards and investment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welding Process Design: Develop and implement process architecture for vehicle projects considering industrial constraints and customer requirements.
- Global Process Oversight: Standardize processes across Stellantis and partner facilities.
- Optimization: Propose productprocess improvements to enhance efficiency and meet bodyshop objectives.
- Feasibility and Compliance: Validate feasibility ensure adherence to technical standards and manage investments.
- Master Planning: Monitor and update master plans to support serial production and future vehicle integration.
Main Activities
- Analyze Assumptions: Evaluate product data and strategic plans for process compatibility.
- Streamline Solutions: Simplify and optimize products for industrialization.
- Ensure Standards: Uphold technical referentials and ergonomic requirements.
- Cost Management: Drive investment and resource optimization through reusable solutions.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collaborate on project feedback to support process evolution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years in process architecture ideally in automotive welding or bodyshops.
- Strong skills in process planning investment management and technical standards.
- Project management experience and proficiency in CAD/process simulation tools preferred.
This position require eligibility for a TN VISA in order to commute to the USA.
