Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a weekend rotation every six weeks
Daily Caseload: 810 patients per therapist
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Firsttimers Accepted: No

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Special Requirements:
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) State License
Must have experience with EPIC software
Must have acute care work setting experience
Must have experience in CVA rehabilitation
Must have experience in adaptive equipment and assessment
Must have experience in treating hip fractures/total hip replacements and knee injuries/total knee replacements
Must have experience in lifting and transfer patient/family education safety/injury prevention and making telephone calls
Must have experience in billing/documentation including assessment discharge evaluation plan of care and reassessments
Experience in cognitive assessment is preferred
Experience in treating multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons disease is preferred
