Job Description

As a Pilote Gomtrie you take on a pivotal role in ensuring geometry convergence and compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive excellence in vehicle geometry and design.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead crossfunctional collaboration with stamping welding geometry convergence leaders product designers and supplier development teams.
  • Oversee the definition and geometric convergence of Functional Technical Characteristics for vehicle bases openings and body structures.
  • Deliver project outputs on time ensuring robust processes and convergence activities.
  • Define and implement geometry monitoring and control plans for welding across all sectors and subassemblies.
  • Contribute to the creation of standards enforce processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and upskill service providers through initial training coaching audits and VRS evaluations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bac2 in geometry or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in the automotive or similar sector.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in CATIA V5 or V6.
    • Proficiency with office tools and measurement/testing tools.
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and innovative measurement techniques.
    • Ability to analyze audit and interpret technical needs.
    • Excellent French writing skills for reports protocols and notes.
