Job Description
We are seeking a talented Logistics Launch Project Manager to join our team. This role is key in overseeing the logistics operations during rampup phases and ensuring the smooth coordination of all activities related to the tracking of bodies and parts in production. You will be at the heart of a collaborative team working to meet tight deadlines and operational targets.
Required Service:
1. Tracking of bodies during rampup phases:
- Coordination of schedules with the respective Zareas and internal customers such as Surface departments
- Ensuring adherence to schedules
- Creation of handover protocols
- Coordination of body sping
- Support in the implementation of production programs
- Onsite support
2. Tracking of parts during rampup phases:
- Coordination of truck deliveries (registration pickup unloading)
- Coordination of existing rampup warehouses by production planning
- Distribution of parts from the warehouse and coordination of delivery to the facility or internal customers
- Ensuring adherence to timelines
- Coordination of part sping
- Reordering missing parts if necessary
- Onsite support
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in English and German (mandatory)
- Proven experience in logistics or project management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
