You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Chief FO is responsible for determining managing monitoring and evaluating front office operations to ensure high quality service is provided. Improving the quality of services provided to patients patient families and other stakeholders. Report to the Head of Operations and Services to achieve set company targets.
Plan develop and monitor the quality of patient service standards and evaluate the implementation of FO services to increase patient satisfaction and obtain a better patient experience.
Develop analyze and evaluate reports based on Patient feedback Patient relatives and other feedback including online feedback to improve patient service plans and patient satisfaction.
Develop action plans based on service standard quality targets and Patient Feedback to improve service quality. Communicate and coordinate with his team and other affected departments on the action plan. Conduct regular reviews and team development with subordinates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from Healthcare Administration Business Administration Management or any related major
3 years experience in the same position or 5 years experience as Section Head in the same field.
Familiarity with front office management software electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Strong problemsolving skills to address operational challenges and patient issues.
Indepth knowledge of front office operations including patient checkin scheduling and administrative processes.
