The receptionists goal is to handle any questions visitors have and put them in first contact with relevant people within the hospital.
Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens forms and informative leaflets).
support patients to register and make payment after treatment.
Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Handle specific customer complaints and requests.
Troubleshoot emergencies.
Qualifications :
Minimum Highschool Graduate/ Diploma (D3) Degree from Healthcare Administration Business Administration or any related major
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with front office management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.
