Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Jambi Jambi Indonesia. As a Nurse you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and highquality patient care within our hospital setting.
- Assess and monitor patients conditions administer medications and provide nursing care as per established protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians other healthcare professionals and patients families to develop and implement effective care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management treatment plans and postdischarge care instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting vital signs symptoms and progress
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions
- Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment for patients
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and techniques
Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification of Professional Nurse (Profesi Ners) from an accredited institution
- Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR)
- Basic surgery certification is required
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferably in a surgical ward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care
- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle stressful situations
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and practices in Jambi Indonesia
