Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of planogram and operational guidelines of product launches across the region.
- Adapt Global/APAC guidelines and develop design proposals for instore activations and Sephora animations.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of launch visuals POSMs trade animations.
- Collaborate with marketing / commercial teams to compile counter and animation pictures for HQ/APAC reporting.
- Support VM operational matters e.g product ordering POSM shipment cost tracking and PO creation.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or fresh graduate with the background of Industrial Design Visual Merchandising Interior Design Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and flexible with an open mind.
- Detail oriented & keen observer.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel and powerpoint) and design software such as Sketchup Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop Indesign) or similar programs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Interest in the luxury / beauty industry.
