Job Description
- Analyze existing reports to different stakeholders identify process gaps and optimize them for standardization across the company
- Manage endtoend analyses; identify issues gather information from various sources analyze data interpret patterns and trends build models give recommendations and create insightful automated reports
- Translate business needs into BI reports with unique use cases for key users
- Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality
- Set up and maintain BI tools infrastructure and integration with internal and external data sources
- Support adhoc data requests & reporting
Qualifications :
- Adept at the use of data visualization tool such as Power BI. Knowledge of project management (agile methodology) database management (SQL Cognos Analytics) and CRM tool (Salesforce Adobe Campaign) is preferred
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Power apps and Power automate
- Analytical with strong business acumen to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings
- Creative and curious to learn about the business able to research independently to propose new process and solutions to address the business requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong storytelling skills with data
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- On track to graduate from bachelors degree in Business Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Finance or any other analytical field
