Job Description
In this handson role youll:
- Assist in designing and launching paid digital marketing campaigns to hit ambitious goals.
- Be strong in analytics being able to identify and optimise CPAs CPCs and A/B testing.
- Manage campaigns directly within platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and TikTok.
- Partner with internal analytics teams to identify and act on opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide campaign performance insights to the team and help optimise based on results.
- Collaborate with media partners digital partnerships and content teams to amplify impact.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 13 years experience in digital marketing (agency or clientside).
- Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing.
- Bonus points for exposure to programmatic advertising TikTok or app marketing.
- A passion for performance marketing and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
- Detailoriented with a knack for identifying risks and proposing solutions.
