Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Platform Engineer and Consultant that loves solving problems and partnering with our clients to help them build and modernise their applications develop good practices and get the most out of their technology landscape.
On a daytoday basis youll be handson in developing code shaping requirements designing and deploying solutions and setting up good engineering and quality practices. You will also be involved in Ops and afterhours production support (24*7) rosterbased on call. Most of all youll have strong consulting skills curiosity and a desire to add value.

Qualifications :
- Youre a software engineer with experience across a variety of tech languages such as Python/ Go
- Highly experienced in AWS including ECS/EKS/K8s experience both in building microservices on ECS/* and building the ECS/* clusters themselves
- Proficient with SRE skillsets and routines
- Past experience in 24*7 support environment or happy to pick up
- Hands on experience in the migration of containerised microservice builds from Bamboo and Stash to GitLab and GitLab Runners
- Practical use and understanding of IAAS including Terraform/Ancible
- Experience in working with a large ecosystem of evolving APIs is essential
- Demonstrating autonomy and expertise in code practices such as TDD and CI/CD
- A solid understanding of Agile practices
- Able to coordinate and prioritise tasks & workload
- A high level of proficiency in modern architecture practices
- Previous experience interfacing with product delivery teams
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- You love to engage in thought leadership mentoring meetups writing blogs or keeping active on GitHub
