Job Description
As a Regional Delivery Lead you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence in project and program management within your designated region. This leadership role is pivotal in managing and mentoring Project Managers (PMs) ensuring high delivery standards maintaining strong client satisfaction and achieving optimal delivery margins. Youll be the cornerstone of regional success elevating both client satisfaction and team performance to new heights.
In this role you will lead mentor and develop Project Managers within your region helping them reach their full potential and achieve outstanding delivery outcomes. Youll take charge of overseeing delivery margins focusing on maximising efficiency and profitability across all projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential as youll ensure a high level of satisfaction through seamless project delivery and exceptional client engagement.
As the regional champion youll play a strategic role in aligning all projects with the companys broader goals. Your leadership will be critical in creating a highperforming team that consistently delivers value to clients and drives success within your region.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in project and program management ideally within a clientfacing or consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing delivery teams and driving successful outcomes across complex projects
- Strong people management skills with experience mentoring and developing Project Managers
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Detailoriented with financial acumen able to maintain delivery margins and manage budgets effectively
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering impactful results and aligning projects with broader company goals
