Data Advisory Lead

We are seeking a Data Advisory Lead who will be responsible for the delivery of highquality data products and managing the broader data architecture that supports the lakehouse. This role involves overseeing the development and testing of scalable technical solutions managing complex data projects providing expert advice and mentoring a young and dynamic team to ensure longterm success.   

Qualifications :

• Proven expertise in providing highlevel technical advice on data engineering workloads and data architecture to senior management and external stakeholders with an understanding of their strategic implications.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for advancing the maturity and awareness of data analytics within an organization driving improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and accurately to diverse audiences. Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with staff and stakeholders in a professional and tactful manner.
•  Strong experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders fostering networks alliances and operational partnerships. Skilled in negotiating and liaising with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of data management data security cloud computing principles data warehousing concepts and agile project management practices. Knowledge of relevant government policies and their application in agency operations.
• Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Azure SQL SQL Synapse Databricks Snowflake
