Recruitment Credentialing
Monitor ongoing credentialing compliance in line with employment contract National Health Standards and HCA Credentialing & Clinical Governance requirements
Assist health professionals to complete profiles in accordance with relevant position description and compliance matrix
Final verification of clinicians credentialing status
Utilise referoo platform to initiate Australian Federal Police Checks
Daily AHPRA exception reporting monitoring and follow up
Run monthly reports on expiring compliances AHPRA VISA police checks with monitoring & follow up of staff
Respond in a timely manner to enquiries with regards to credentialing issues as they arise
Identify compliance issues that require additional investigation and evaluation and refer to HR Manager for final decision
Offboarding/deactivating staff from HCAs systems
Follow up of clinicians on expiry reports to facilitate updated Australian Federal Police (AFP) checks prior to expiry
Advice to staff re: uploading renewed Australian federal police checks into their profile and archiving old checks VISAs and Immigration
Work collaboratively with Recruiters to assess eligibility of potential staff members
Perform regular VEVO checks and ongoing monitoring of staff to ensure no changes to VISA conditions
Monitor upcoming VISA expiry dates and follow up with staff and HR Manager as required Other Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of conduct and productive working relationships to promote Healthcare Australias reputation with key internal and external stakeholders
Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the National Clinical & Quality Manager
Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and Quality Management Systems policies and procedures
Actively identify develop and discuss with National Clinical & Quality Manager compliance process improvements and efficiencies
Provide timely and accurate reports to Senior Management on Credentialing activities Page 1 Position Description Primary Health Compliance Coordinator
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are implemented and maintained
Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems policies and procedures
Qualifications :
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated experience vetting clinical candidates against a position description
Australian Government VEVO check Portal
Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
Strong MS Office skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Welldeveloped communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people Ability to produce clear timely and concise documentation
Welldeveloped problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently
Results oriented and drive excellent work ethic energy passion and commitment
Follow safe work practices and instructions as prescribed in the relevant health and safety legislation
Comply with safe work procedures and policies of HCA
