KPMGs Transformational Change is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Associate Director to play a crucial role in leading the Transformational Change team as well as steering the direction of transformation projects in our Adelaide Office. This role involves leading and executing largescale change initiatives that enable organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through a peoplecentric approach. The Associate Director will be responsible for ensuring that the value from transformation programs is fully realised by preparing equipping and supporting individuals to adopt change thereby organising them to function successfully within a new environment that may include the integration of novel technologies operational models or customer service methodologies.

To support our growing Transformation Services Group we have an exciting opportunity for an Assoicate Director to join and lead our Change Management team
As an Associate Director in the team you will be responsible for:
- Driving business development objectives in order to expand work opportunities and grow pipeline and revenue.
- Building strong client relationships at senior level and navigate and negotiate complex business situations.
- Leading a team of change management professionals providing guidance and mentorship to drive project success and professional growth.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement where new ideas and innovative approaches to change management are actively encouraged and explored.
- Developing and executing innovative change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
- Engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to gain commitment and support for the change acting as a trusted advisor in transformational practises.
- Designing and delivering impactful communications related to change initiatives ensuring clarity consistency and maximum reach across the organisation.
- Conducting impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders to support the change management strategy.
- Measuring and monitoring the progress of change adoption and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Managing the risks and issues that can affect the success of the change proactively addressing any potential resistance.

Your Experience:

- Bachelors or masters degree in business organisational development psychology or related field; advanced certifications in change management (e.g. Prosci).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a change management leadership role consulting or inhouse with a proven track record of delivering successful transformational change initiatives.
- Experience in design conducting and managing Change Management activities including strategies plans impact assessments and readiness assessments implementation plans.
- Proficient in change management methodologies and models and experienced in applying them in large complex organisational settings
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams towards a common goal.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on detail and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the aptitude for building relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage complex situations adeptly.
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
