Experienced Tax technology Consultant for Deloitte

Qualifications :

Essential Skills and Experience

• A proven track record of delivering successful tax technology solutions across diverse ERP and system landscapes (e.g. SAP Oracle Dynamics or other ERPs).
• Strong consulting skills including gathering requirements managing client expectations and fostering client relationships.
• An understanding of tax processes and compliance with experience in indirect tax einvoicing or reporting solutions.
• Experience with tax technology tools and solutions such as tax engines (ONESOURCE Vertex) einvoicing platforms (DRC Sovos Pagero) or other automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand and evaluate the business impact of technical choices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience in project management delivering highquality outputs on time and within scope.

Desirable Skills

• Handson experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Alteryx KNIME) and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with technical components of ERP systems such as API integrations or customisations.
• An understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the tax landscape such as machine learning or robotic process automation (RPA).
• Knowledge of local and global compliance regulations including SAFT VAT reporting and realtime reporting requirements.
