Job Description
Key Activities/
- Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards;
- Perform assigned field service jobs in a timely manner and complete documentation for submission to Service Engineer
- Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to required EHS standards and company policie;
EHS
- Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards;
5S
- Comply and ensure the Service department activities procedures are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS;
QMS
- Complete any other duties as directed by the superior.
Qualifications :
Requirements/:
- At least a High School diploma;
- Understand the basic Product Knowledge;
- Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
;
- Follow the instructions and procedure
- Good communication skills;
