Job Description

Qualification    : MBA in Human Resources

Experience      : 5 to 7 Years

Location          : Baner Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support in identifying learning needs across levels through mapping of competencies & skills required for positions & analysis of the existing level of competencies.
  • Designing discussing & developing annual & monthly training calendars along with Learning & Development targets of the employees.
  • Facilitate functional & behavioural training programs as required.
  • Ensuring the compliance of trainings is executed as per annual plan.
  • Identify the facilitators (Internal or External) for various programs & working with them for finalization of customized training module / design practical learning solutions & resources for the program while partnering with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Develop simple (but effective) eLearnings as required. 
  • Desired : Knowledge of working with authorising tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360.
  • Ensure implementation of training effectiveness as per ISO standards & organization requirement.
  • Administrative support for learning programs (program coordination scheduling etc.) & knowledge about Learning Management System to manage learning programs as required. 
  • Desired : Knowledge of working with SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
  • Interact with stakeholders & ask the right questions to understand their requirements.
  • Ability to work on multiple learning projects.
  • Evaluate learning against program. Measure analyse feedback & adjust program contents & methods as appropriate.
  • Organizing & facilitating Centralized Induction Programs for new hires across all business areas.
  • Conceptualizing ways to brand Learning programs at Local & Global platforms of Konecranes.
  • Design and develop the process to felicitate internal trainers so as to engage them more & more for various learning programs
  • Vendor development to create competitive environment and so as to save the cost
  • Developing various reports to project the ongoing status which may include Total Manhours per employee training mandays budget utilization effectiveness evaluation status improvement areas etc.
  • Good to have awareness of 14001: 45001 requirements
