Job Description
Join Salomon as the Marketing Specialist Snowboard EMEA. This dynamic role places you at the heart of Salomons snowboard marketing efforts where you will connect with key influencers execute impactful events and amplify the brands visibility across the EMEA region. Your mission is to foster a deep connection with the snowboarding community strengthen Salomons presence and drive meaningful consumer and trade activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation and Community Engagement
- Act as the face of Salomon Snowboard Marketing building relationships with influencers partners federations and sports authorities.
- Plan and execute key events demos and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong connections with local stakeholders to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Develop and manage media relationships overseeing media plans PR efforts and product placements.
Sport Epicenter Activation
- Lead resortfocused activations including consumerfacing and trade events community activities and demos.
- Support local marketing teams with strategies to maximize visibility and impact in key resorts.
- Secure sponsorships to elevate community events and programs.
Trade Marketing
- Develop and execute the snowboard specialty trade marketing program covering seasonal campaigns digital/social initiatives and onfield activations.
- Organize trade events such as sellin meetings product launches and dealer activations.
Snowboard Marketing Interface
- Provide feedback to HQ as part of the I2C process and ensure the quality of marketing tools delivered by HQ.
- Analyze influencer marketing KPIs to measure impact and adapt strategies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in the sports marketing community (ideally snowboard) with a strong background in consumer engagement and event management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint.
- Languages: Full proficiency in English and German language.
- Sports Expertise: Passionate snowboarder with strong ties to the snowboarding community.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to adapt and align with legal and local regulations.

Additional Information :
Permanent Contract Full Time
Job based either in Innsbruck Salzburg or Garching.
