Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with solution architects and Business users at various Global locations on business requirements
- Analyze and understand business problems/requirements to propose effective technical solutions
- Develop functional/ technical specifications and have them successfully implemented.
- Help support the current implementation and resolve critical issues
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and meet their expectations
- Prioritize and manage several open support requests at one time to meet Service Level Agreements
- Partner with development and QA team to leverage automation for items such as regression testing to improve overall quality when projects are ready for UAT.
- Providing training and writing tutorials to scale enduser adoption and help improve the efficiency of program operations through selfservice reporting standardized operating processes playbooks and dashboards.
- Crafting and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and changes.
- Recommending improvements for data quality integrity and governance within the Business application systems including process optimizations.
- Implement dataflows between enterprise applications
- Monitor the health of Data transfers between applications
- Work with Audit team for review of data transfer between applications
Build complex functions and processes on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
Develop new user interfaces using lightning components
Build customer and partner portals on Salesforce Communities
Collaborate with a diverse team of Analysts Developers and SMEs
Communicate and present your work in a clear and simple manner
Apply best practices and develop for reuse and scale

Qualifications :
Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline
- 9 years of demonstrable experience as a Integration Analyst working on a various integration across different application like Salesforce SAP Oracle ERP cloud OIC Cloud integrations Oracle DB
- Strong knowledge in Oracle Database concepts SQL PL/SQL shell scripting Informatica (ETL) Tableau Power BI Dev Ops
Having knowledge in Sales Incentive compensation - Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases defining test cases and providing user training and support.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and Project management skill
- Ability to influence at various levels drive adoption of best practices and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Tableau / Power BI tools or other data analysis software.
- Must be a selfmotivated individual and have ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
- Team player with experience working in Agile and Scrumbased teams including proficiency using JIRA
