Job Description

Perform analysis and forecasting  for all aspects of incoming Cash Forecasting Accounts Receivable Financial Close and management reporting

  • Corporate Orderto Cash Cash Forecasting 
    • Key strategic member of Collections Forecasting team to provide primary AR/Collections inputs to corporate Free Cash Flow Forecast by extrapolating revenue forecasts into cash timing
    • Collaborate with BU Finance Management Teams on revenue forecast roll ups leveraging corporate reporting tools to generate models aligned to business needs that track forecast and actual collectible revenue attainment
    • Analyze and evaluate accuracy of the forecast inputs/sources and influence business partners for continuous improvements
    • Review weekly bottomsup collections forecasts from global AR/collections and OrdertoCash analysts
    • Compare accuracy between forecast model to input provided by the Global Collection & Rebates Organizations
    • Maintain weekly scorecard for global forecast and provide performance feedback to downstream teams.
    • Create a database of customerlevel payment trends
    • Partner with Treasury management on analytics and decision support for liquidity actions
  • AR Close & Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly & quarterly management reporting package for senior leaders in collaboration with global managers to provide insights on customer accounts
    • Prepare weekly and monthly customer deduction activities and trend analysis
    • Support monthly AR close activities
    • Prepare and maintain audit inputs and work with auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audit
    • Support SOX audit walkthrough with internal and external auditors

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience in a finance accounting or related position
  • MBA OR Bachelors Degree in Business Finance or Accounting
  • Strong ProblemSolving skills and analytical skills
  • Understanding of OrdertoCash Accounts Receivable or Rebates process is a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple cross functional and global teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of financial information
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and SAP or Oracle ERP preferred
