Job Description
- Perform analysis on integrated package and PCBA assembly Test defect from production and qualification on semifinished or finished products.
- Read and understand the test data log.
- Perform analysis using FA tools such as Xray oscilloscope curve tracer microscope CSAM SEM EDX TDR crosssectioning dye and pull and etc.
- Generate FA summary with FA findings.
- Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment log sheet.
- Assist FA engineer in executing assigned task.
Qualifications :
- Electrical background with adequate knowledge on semiconductor and SMT assembly process and technology
- Understand failure analysis methodology and flow such as Xray CSAM SEM/DEX chemical Decapsulation crosssection and dye and pull.
- Good communication skills
- Quick learning ability
- Basic computer knowledge
