Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide mechanical simulations and solutions for edgecutting flash memory products.
- Develop inhouse structural simulation automation platform based on commercial softwares (e.g. ANSYS Abaqus).
- Predict and define structural risks and mechanisms using simulation tools for electronic packaging design assembly and reliabilities.
- Material characterization for simulation accuracy and efficiency improvement
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- PHD or Master with 5 years experience (PHD is preferred)
- Education background in mechanical Engineering mechanics and material science etc.
SKILLS:
- Professional in programing with Python or other languishes (Python is preferred)
- Have a basic knowledge in algorithm and coding of machine learning AI.
- Have a good understanding in solid mechanics finite element method material mechanical behaviors.
- Onhand experience in mechanical simulations is preferred (SolidWorks/ANSYS/ABAQUS).
- Be outgoing and eager to learn innovate and succeed.
