Job Description
Conduct daily reliability test data analysis and reporting including failure analysis (FA) for abnormal data
Study and optimize test criteria based on product design
Oversee machine/tooling buyoff standardization tool maintenance and spare parts management.
Tool optimization and new tool preparation to meet new product/technology requirements.
Collaborate with the worldwide team to ensure consistent testing correlation
Support other function teams for key projects.
Manage Tool capacity
Maintain proper documentation of work processes and procedures
Communicate timely and effectively with relevant stakeholders
Coach and guide technicians.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or above in material reliability or mechanical engineering.
- Expertized in data analysis and problem solving
- Be good at QC skill such as 7QC tools MSA SPC 8D report DOE etc.
- Familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT excel JMP )
- Detail and action oriented selfstarted ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with multifunctional team member with good communication skills.
- Good verbal and written in English.
