Job Overview:
We have an opening for a Director of Global Payroll Services who will oversee and optimize our organizations payroll processes.
As the Director of Global Payroll Services you will lead and mentor the global payroll delivery team collaborate with key internal stakeholders and manage external service providers to ensure that payroll is processed smoothly and accurately for the over 40000 employees across the organization in the Americas APAC and EMEA.
The role requires highenergy strong leadership outstanding communication skills forwardthinking and ability to partner effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global 20person payroll team with regional managers for compliant and timely processing of payroll for 40000 global employees.
Partner with Finance HR IT and payroll team to set a strategic direction for global payroll time keeping and attendance systems.
Collaborate with Finance IT consultants and crossfunctional team leaders for timely and successful delivery of global projects.
Provide leadership for the payroll delivery as we undertake the implementation of a new payroll system (ADP Celergo) in Europe.
Ensure development of a highperforming serviceoriented team with a focus on technologyfocused process improvement and compliance with Federal State and other jurisdictions tax and labor law requirements.
Serve as a key partner for our stakeholders and payrollmanaged service providers using the latest technologies such as Workday HR Dayforce and ADP Payroll Suites to improve and streamline our processes.
Lead efforts to ensure that payroll is done correctly efficiently and on time and that we comply with each countrys relevant payroll and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for payroll audits to comply with SOX and local countryspecific requirements.
Qualifications :
Qualification and Skills:
15 years of global payroll processing and management experience experience in global expansion and setup M&A integration and vendor management.
Technical and working knowledge of global payroll accounting rules and standards.
Experience with ADP GlobalView ADP Celergo Dayforce and other leading payroll systems business process outsourcing and stakeholder management.
Strong change management skills with an ability to manage internal stakeholders to ensure payroll operations are compliant while meeting business objectives.
Advanced working knowledge of global payroll operations including regulations taxes C&B and equity reporting.
High degree of understanding of time keeping and attendance processes and payroll operations.
Thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment and excels in highly complex situations with flexibility creativity efficiency and prioritization.
Strong leadership skills in building highperforming teams with mentorship driven team development.
Bachelors degree with a focus on accounting or businessrelated field preferred.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
