Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
- Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
- Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity Team Excellence and other project competition.
- Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
- The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
- Monitors coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
- Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
- Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
- Facilitate CI Workshops on the shop floor and developing the framework of the workshops.
- Create CI program frameworks which covers 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture CI Competency Building CI Execution
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Minimum degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 8 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.
- Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
- Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
- Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
