Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and peripherals
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support for computing scope by phone or physical touch
- Repairing and replacing computer hardware as necessary
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Technology Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Shift work required.
PREFERRED:
- Minimum 12 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably entry level specialized in IT/Computer Hardware or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
SKILLS:
Good knowledge in IT computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
