Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Mexico City or Guadalajara Mexico. As our KAM Mexico you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts across the country driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships with decisionmakers at all levels
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on account performance market trends and competitive activities
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders
  • Travel within Mexico as required to meet with clients and attend industry events

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • 5 years of experience in key account management or similar role in the Mexican market
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Experience on IT Distribution market and eCommerceExperience on IT Distribution market and eCommerce
  • Willingness to travel within Mexico as neededWillingness to travel within Mexico as needed
  • Must be proficient in English 

SKILLS:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Indepth understanding of Mexican business culture practices and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
