Job Description
- Overall yield management to cover the cleaning process and new products.
- Commonality analysis by process/machine/material/measurement coordinate different teams to dig out the root cause and come out effective improvement plan.
- Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems make decision with data.
- New process set up and continuously improvement.
- Production line excursion/abnormal case disposition.
- Engineering value (cost reduction) project follow up and implement.
- Production capacity/productivity continuously improvement.
- Optical system management for both hardware and application.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- > 5 years process experience in manufacturing process.
- Good communication skill and team work spirit willing to work under certain pressure.
- Require the Bachelor of Manufacturing Machine or Chemical Engineering and related. with 23 related manufacturing experience optical etc.
- Good logic thinking like to do technical investigation.
- Good understanding for the manufacturing process FMEA SPC etc.
PREFERRED:
- Strong Knowledge at cleaning process and optical knowledge.
SKILLS:
- Good skill at JMP PPT etc.
