Job Description
About your tasks:
- Lead and develop the Demand & Supply Planning Team enhance their planning capabilities and provide agile support for tactical business requirements and daily operations.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Demand & Supply Planning with a focus on operational excellence.
- Identify operational gaps and risks establish standards for risk mitigation measures and support your Team in achieving their goals.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders working closely with departments such as Strategic Procurement Logistics Finance and Suppliers.
- Continuously develop our supply chain by contributing to projects for example in collaboration with our Supply Chain Excellence Team.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have at least 23 years (more experience is welcome!) of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Supply Chain Logistics or Business Administration.
- You possess relevant knowledge and experience in supply planning order and receipt processing and inventory management within a commercial organization.
- You demonstrate leadership skills are a selfstarter and quick learner and have strategic thinking abilities to drive operational excellence.
- You have expertise in ERP and planning software as well as analytical skills for risk mitigation and problem identification.
- Proficiency in both French (at least B2) and English is required.
