Job Description
What you will do
- Provide general support to the Accounts Receivable team assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Help process and organize incoming payments ensuring accurate allocation and documentation and executing credit notes for our customers.
- Support the reconciliation of customer accounts identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining updated records in internal systems ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders related to payments and account statuses.
- Perform adhoc tasks to alleviate the teams workload and streamline operations.
Qualifications :
About you
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance Accounting or a related field (no need for extensive work experience).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and with care.
- Familiarity with basic Excel functions and a willingness to learn accounting software.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written); German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Must be a citizen of an EU member country or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
