Job Description
About your tasks:
- Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Develop and execute advanced automation Solutions for our logistics sites in the Netherlands Italy and Czech Republic collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.
- Optimize Logistics Technology: Evaluate and improve warehouse automation technologies aligning solutions with our operational processes and strategic goals.
- Plan Material Flows and Layouts: Create detailed layouts and define material flow processes to enhance efficiency and support optimal warehouse operations.
- Enhance System Utilization: Develop and implement procedures to maximize the capabilities of modern automated systems while identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze Trends and Drive Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging logistics technologies (e.g. robotics AI machine learning) to continuously elevate and futureproof our warehouse operations.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering Logistics or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years (more experience is very welcome!) of experience in automation technology with focus on warehousing either inhouse or with a provider of automation solutions.
- Quickly grasp complex pharmaceutical logistics processes and leverage your knowledge of the latest automated logistics solutions to identify and implement improvements in operations.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and/ or other software for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
