As a Qantas Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Structures you will be responsible for performing Aircraft Maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers and company specification to a high standard. You will be working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety quality reliability and service.
Youll have
- Completed Certificate IV Aeroskills qualification Structures only
- Previous sheet metal experience in a similar role
- Relevant Aircraft Maintenance trade experience either on aircraft or in workshop
- Completed all documentation and reporting requirements to a high standard
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift roster
- Taken ownership and driven outcomes to meet business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work safety and adhering to all safety and compliance procedures
- Thorough knowledge and understanding Aircraft Maintenance procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to being customer focused with the flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Australian Drivers license
- Ability to successfully pass a PreEmployment Medical
