As the Senior Avionics Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday avionics engineering tasks within a CAMO organization including managing airworthiness identifying and prioritizing fleet issues and developing corrective actions to enhance safety operational performance and efficiency of aircraft avionics systems.
You will also be involved in developing and delivering fleet modification projects by creating project documentation assessing vendor proposals and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to achieve project milestones and objectives. In addition you will manage Aircraft Controlled Software (ACS) by collaborating with other departments to support the creation design and distribution of software including ACMS and AOC development SITA/ACARS integration and other related initiatives. As a Senior Engineer you will provide professional engineering advice exercise mature judgment handle complex assignments and potentially contribute original solutions modify established guidelines or establish new approaches to engineering challenges

Qualifications :
Professional Engineering degree qualifications in Avionics Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Aerospace or equivalent as recognised by Engineers Australia
