Job Description

1. Intern Financial Institutions Department

  • To assist in conducting KYC/AML client on boarding and due diligence review of the departments clients.
  • To assist in Data Analysis tasks such as data collection financial figure analysis data quality enhancement.

 2. Intern Syndication and Structured Finance Department

  • To participate in business marketing activities. 
  • Assists in the credit application for corporate clients and follow up the process of credit approval.
  • Assists in financing products provision and postlending management. 
  • Assists the dedicated team in the management of 6 subbranches.
  • Support the team to liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area.

3. Intern Credit analysis in Corporate Banking Department

  • Support to research key external information related to the transaction as well as managing in a rigorous and efficient way the information flow received
  • Assist in reviewing the financial statements models commercial legal and all other relevant due diligence key documents
  • Assist in prepare key internal documents such as credit applications project summaries to support the senior teams
  • Help to firstly review the flow of legal documentations and go through the main terms ( Term sheet review)
  • Support to complete internal system and compliance requirements such as KYC with the support of Middle office departments
  • Support in preparing the post lending reports and monitoring the credit events listed during the approval process

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree or above in relevant fields such as Computer Science Finance Accounting Banking Business or Law.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English; additional languages (e.g. French) are a plus.
  • Strong technical expertise including database development programming and proficiency in tools like Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in areas like BI tools corporate secretarial matters and business law (Luxembourg or Chinese law is advantageous).
  • Analytical and communication skills with the ability to draft and present effectively.
  • Understanding of regional economic political and business environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Team player with strong organizational abilities flexibility and a solutionoriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic selfmotivation and determination.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and handle changes effectively.
  • Excellent customer support skills focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.


Additional Information :

Internship agreement provided by school is mandatory.
