Job Description

  • Provide relevant userfriendly business information in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance and for making optimal decisions.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks and present them in an understandable and actionable manner.
  • Secure the multidimensional view of the business when conducting the necessary analysis to evaluate performance with the customer in focus.
  • Support the Business Steering team and other stakeholders in the organization by maximising the use of existing reports and creating new reports/tools where needed.
  • Contribute to the development of global business information solutions as formats evaluation of business opportunities ad hoc reports and support the business by providing simulations and scenarios.
  • Support Business owners and other stakeholders with data information or insights needed for the development of their products.
  • Contribute to digital data products develop withing strategic areas defined by domains and capabilities.

Qualifications :

Knowledge

  • Proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry omnichannel retailing emerging practices and technologies and consumer behaviours.
  • Good understanding of data science recent technologies analytics and their wideranging application in business context.
  • Good understanding of IKEAs strategic landscape and business direction.
  • Indepth knowledge of IKEA business tools processes and cycles.
