Job Description

We are currently looking for a Asset Manager to join our growing team in one of the most biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

  • Inventorization of all ICT assets with barcode scanner and real time update of the configuration item database relabelling damaged barcode labels checking barcode labels and reporting items without barcode etc.;
  • Provide support for physical reception of assets;
  • Support with reallocation of goods and warehouse logistics sorting and cleanup of all unnecessary goods;
  • Find missing assets;
  • Support in disposal of obsolete items;
  • Physical support during the inventory and cycle counts.

Who you are:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor plus minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT professional working in a mediumlarge enterprise ICT environment 
  • Fluency in English to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • More than 3 years of experience in managing ICT assets
  • More than 3 years of experience working in an ITIL environment

  • Familiarity with client hardware (laptops mobile phones tablets)

  • Familiarity with asset management software and hardware assets lifecycle

  • Familiarity with CMDB management and asset management processes

Desirable:

  • Certification: ITIL Foundation
