Job Description
We are currently looking for an ElasticSearch Specialist to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
- Support the design and implementation phases of the ElasticSearch solutions used at the clients revising and improving on the technical specifications and configurations devised already to account for different use cases;
- Design implement and maintain operational procedures for the management of the ElasticSearch components and technologies in support of clients ICT Operations teams.
- Develop procedures for recurring system administration and support for other operations teams providing awareness sessions where required;
- Practical validation and implementation of the solutions recommended by the leading architect in conjunction and support of the testing team;
- Provision of technical studies technical expertise technical evaluations in relation with ElasticSearch services and components;
- Production of technical documentation;
- Assistance with configuration of the system for production deployment and in training administrators and users;
Qualifications :
Who you are:
Mandatory:
- Bachelor plus minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT professional working in a mediumlarge enterprise ICT environment
- Elasticsearch expertise: good understanding of Elasticsearch architecture indexing and search APIs; experience with query optimization index design etc.
- Java expertise: proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Databases: experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle
- Infrastructure: familiarity with images containers Kubernetes
- Semantic search: knowledge about vector search ranking models etc.
- Fluency in English to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
