Job Description
LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT
- Developing prospective clients through research in our database websites LinkedIn and trade press etc.
- Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion
- Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7
- Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense
- Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)
Qualifications :

- Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions quickly
- Good commercial judgment
- Enjoy working in a goaloriented and competitive work environment
- Resultsoriented and goaloriented
- Excellent numerical understanding and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but be a team player
- Love of travel and the tact to send 3rd parties around the world
- Willing to work in shifts and as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English skills. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus!
