Job Description
Were looking for a forwardthinking eLearning specialist to build and deploy impactful online courses to join our Training team on a 1year fixed contract.
As part of the role you will be applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences delivered for our worldwide employees via our Learning Management System in order to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles to the highest capabilities.
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience as an instructional designer and/or eLearning creator in design and delivering online based learning course content that captivates and resonates with the learners
- Proficiency in designing online learning content via elearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Yyond Camptasia etc.
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems ideally Access LMS
- Proficiency in applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online courses that elevate learner experience
- Experience in Project Management and liaising with various stakeholders in the business
- Passion for innovation and testing new learning methodologies to drive learner engagement and success
- A strong sense of visual design principles and meticulous attention to detail
- Positive and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player with a cando attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable :
- Recognised qualification in training such as CIPD
- Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design or Education
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
