Job Description
The role
The Houston office of Clifford Chance seeks Capital Markets associate attorneys with experience with debt and equity offerings and public company representation.
Qualifications :
Your experience
Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years.
Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $225000 to $260000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidates qualifications and relevant experience
