Job Description
We are looking for an Associate to join our Banking & Finance group in Global Financial Market in Singapore.
Based in Singapore this practice has an excellent market reputation and will provide the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including crossborder deals.
Qualifications :
To be successful you must
- Be 1 3 PQE (on the UK scale)
- Be common law qualified
- Have experience in advising transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking & finance infrastructure/project finance leverage finance restructuring asset finance structured finance.
- Have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise local insight and the latest industry knowhow to our clients.
- Have outstanding academic history and proven firstrate legal skills and excellent transactional and management skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups.
- Display a considerable appetite for business development client relationship management and other commercial activities
- Have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring junior team members
