Job Description

The Role

This 1L summer law clerk position is to work in the Capital Markets group in our Frankfurt office during the 2025 summer.  The Frankfurt Capital Markets practice primarily focuses on IPOs capital increases public M&A investment grade debt offerings high yield notes issuances and acquisition finance transactions amongst other matters. The position also provides a great opportunity to connect and network with our US offices as well as meet and work with the US teams across Cliffords other European offices in London and Paris. 


Qualifications :

Your Experience

Applicants must be enrolled fulltime in an ABAaccredited law school with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. German language skills are highly valued.
