Sportradars Premium Cricket Service is the best and most reliable service in the market that unlocks the full betting potential of the worlds second most popular sport followed by over 2 billion people! The Premium Cricket team within Sportradar has been growing its teams across Global locations for the past 7 years and are now looking for Support Analysts to further develop this market leading service.
Calling all Cricket Enthusiasts!
As a member of the Premium Cricket Team you will part of a team provide the most accurate Cricket support and analysis to both internal teams and clients across the world. Our first cricket enthusiasts have been onboarded and we are looking to further grow the team in Tallinn!
THE CHALLENGE:
- Using your expert cricket knowledge to make informed predictions to trade cricket events both prematch and live.
- Providing effective and high quality support to clients and increasing customer satisfaction by building loyalty.
- Using your strong maths skills to finetune existing models or to develop new ones.
- Collecting researching and analysing cricket statistics.
- Producing and updating accurate team and player ratings.
- Providing high quality responses to client queries.
- Analysing betting data.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure any bugs are reported and resolved.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Cricket enthusiast with an indepth knowledge of the game.
- You love numbers and are proficient in mathematics with the ability to translate complex mathematical information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to take immediate action in a fastmoving trading environment.
- Flexibility to work with shiftbased patterns including at weekends.
- Interest in sports betting markets.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good English both written and oral.
