Job Description
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in IT procurement Were looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage IT hardware and software requests build and maintain supplier relationships and drive costeffective purchasing strategies. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager you will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with our Corporate Systems Team IT help and offices around the world.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Manage daily IT hardware and software requests and issue Purchase Orders as needed
- Work with multiple email aliases/ticket systems answering a high volume of messages and requests from around the world
- Discover suppliers initiate business partnerships and maintain these relationships
- Negotiate with external vendors
- Support the preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management
- Process the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Support the examination of existing contracts
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams
- Keep up to date with trends and innovations
- Track costs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Support adhoc reporting needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE:
- Undergraduate in Business Accounting or Finance is required
- Proven working experience in IT environments
- Previous experience in a similar role in procurement is required
- First experience in preparing and negotiating contracts
- Good Knowledge and interest of the IT market players/suppliers/internet lines
- Interest in negotiations and networking
- Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics any other system such as Service Now JIRA or confluence is desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) any other European language will be considered as a plus.
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
