Job Description
Manage the continuous and timely supply of materials and services required by the organization for its projects in accordance with the defined scope quality and cost.
- Manage the preparation of monthly reports monitoring the progress of planned activities according to priorities.
- Implement action plans to correct deviations in internal processes or to capture opportunities.
- Control expenses and determine the cost center budget.
- Promote the consolidation of purchases by item through framework contracts
- Promote product standardization and material coding.
- Look for alternatives from service and material providers. To carry out tenders for the supply of materials or strategic services. Perform Supplier Evaluation periodically.
Qualifications :
- Education: Mechanical electrical or industrial civil engineer.
- 5 years in similar positions.
- ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Languages: English level C1 advanced Spanish German desirable.
- Residence in Santiago Chile or availability for relocation.
