to patients and consumers with core principle in mind. To realize that employees must find out the connectivity
between Santens Vision and their own work and by doing that will be able to enhance motivation to generate
creative ideas and create new value. In addition by working together with related stakeholders to expand the
value we provide we will contribute to harmonize with society and sustainable growth of Santen.

Based on core principle vision/CSV goals
Under the guidance of the organizational manager you will understand the goals set by the department head propose strategies and plan/execute tactics yourself.
Lead major projects in the organization and collaborate and promote them with relevant members.
When planning strategies and executing tactics actively collaborate and cooperate with globalrelated departments and external stakeholders to improve the quality of output.
In order to promote the organizations strategy need to identify issues and lead the resolution of these issues while collaborating other members.
As an supporter to the department head/organization head you will be responsible for the execution of the program and project.
KPIPDCAKGI
(1) Planning organizational tactics
Plan tactics for the goals set by the department head and organization head taking the lead in planning and obtaining approval within the department. From the perspective of improving employee engagement communicating with society and business growth break them down into annual goals from a medium to longterm perspective and refine the tactics.
(2) Implementing major tactics
Lead major projects within the direction agreed upon by the organization and promote tactical planning and execution. While checking the progress by checking the KPIs set by the organization make corrections as necessary and use the PDCA cycle to achieve the KGI.
(3) Collaborate with members inside and outside the organization to execute tactics
In projects as a leader take the perspective of managing the members involved and appropriately divide up the work. In projects led by other members actively support the operation by participating as a subleader or member considering the direction of organization is aiming for. Increase the value provided by collaborating with external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Knowledge of products and ophthalmologyrelated businesses
Experience in ophthalmologyrelated businesses (practical experience in Santens value chain is preferred)
Japanese English (in addition to document comprehension and document communication experience or challenge in conversation is also required)
Experience in project management is preferred
