Job Description

OCE Data Management:

  1. Maintain accurate records of HCP and HCO engagements and other details in OCE and Salesforce.
  2. Extract clean and analyze raw data from Salesforce to generate insights.
  3. Upload and update OCE target based on prescribed timelines.
  4. Assist end users on OCE data queries and concerns and resolve issues raised.

Finance Support

  1. Monitor payables update and accurate maintenance of payment vouchers monitoring file including reconciliation of records to actual documents.
  2. Preparation of various finance documents for esignature or routing for wet signature
  3. Printing and compiling of BIR related documents.
  4. Other adhoc tasks as determined by the Finance Manager

Human Resource Support:

  1. Provide support for onsite HRrelated activities and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Coordinate with the central HR team and Finance to assist in payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  3. Address government and statutoryrelated requests and inquiries ensuring timely and compliant responses.
  4. Support adhoc HR requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills process driven and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
